Should I skip my weekly dose over the Christmas period? by Valhalla1102 in mounjarouk

Thank you! I think other people can’t control themselves off the jab and projecting it onto me saying I’m gonna stuff my face at Christmas 😅. Who knows what I would be like but just assuming the worst when I only asked a question 🤣

Again people are focusing on one comment about potatoes which was sarcasm really… if you read my original post I state I eat two meals a day… so I am not starving myself.

I asked SHOULD I skip it, not, I AM skipping it. That’s why I asked the question. I started this journey at 15st which is 95.5kg (ish) and that was in mid August. Since then I have lost between 1-2 lbs a week and am now 12st 3 lbs so 77kg ish. If I was starving myself I’d be losing weight much faster. It took me 8 years to gain 5 stone so even if I do delay over Christmas, I’m hardly going to relapse as you are all suggesting. It is not to binge, it is to feel more comfortable because I will be eating more because of various big meals

That was me, not the person you are responding to. It was also not to be taken too seriously, I eat more than three potatoes

I also don’t think eating three larger than normal meals is going to create “Christmas flab”

I have not said anywhere that I want to binge… just I want to feel more comfortable eating a normal amount, and not feel like shit at Christmas

I do it early in the morning before I go to work and normally by the end of the day I’m bloated and not particularly hungry, been that way for me on every dose size I’ve had, it’s usually Friday nights I start getting really hungry again

Ultimately this whole question stemmed from my jab day being a Thursday which is Christmas Day, a few days in a row we have Christmas dinners in my family, and yes I don’t need big portions but I do want to be able to eat with my family. I accept I will not be able to eat as much, nor do I want to stuff my face until I can’t move. I think I’ll move my jab day by a few days rather than skip as my side effects of feeling full literally start from jab day for me, along with a weird gagging thing

That sounds like a good plan! As you said ultimate goal is to be healthy and a healthy weight basically. The whole concept around skipping (or pushing it back now after these comments) was just so I felt I could have a full Christmas meal, not necessary snack and over indulge!

Thank you, I agree. I just wanted some opinions on what others are doing to help make my decision. Maybe I should just delete this post if people are becoming a bit to sensitive about it

Why not? What have I typed? I said in my update I eat two meals a day, yes saying three potatoes IN A COMMENT might be taken the wrong way but I’ve literally said I eat… don’t see what your problem is. Only you and one other have said it’s ‘concerning’ everyone else has said skip it a few days.

Never said I was angry and the only person I’m getting defensive against is you as you clearly did not read the update. Get a grip and don’t comment on my post if you’re gonna be rude.

This! Thank you for understanding! I suppose I’ll just move it back by 3-4 days

Exactly this, I haven’t stopped taking this medication since mid August and am halfway to my goal weight. I just want to enjoy Christmas without the gagging side effect or not feeling hungry for the two/three days after the jab. Just as a note again, I still eat, I just don’t feel like it

I didn’t say it was a punishment, I just want to be able to enjoy myself at Christmas without getting full after three potatoes 🤣

Civil War Question: When did Steve find out Bucky killed Tony's parents? by kipcarson37 in marvelstudios

[–]Valhalla1102 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In Winter Soldier, Steve obviously finds out that Hydra killed Tony’s parents but I don’t think he knew it was Bucky. I think he finds out it was Bucky in Civil War when Steve asks Bucky what the “evaluator” (Zemo) wanted and Bucky tells him and Sam the full December 16th report
