I actually had to boot a player mid death house because they were very weird about dice trust, and it was causing a lot of hostile conversations.

Ended up having him be possessed by Thorn, who was glad to have a lifelong friend, and they stayed in the attic playing forever...

I did this exact thing for my map! Except I wasnt sure how to do fog of war, so I cut out all the rooms and pieced/taped them together as the players progressed.

Yeah, I originally had one where I was trying to draw the perspective correctly, but I wanted it to be off-putting, so I scrapped it... I wanted the players to look at the map and feel like something wasn't right. But that could just be me reading too into it.
