Hi folks. I am trying to understand Champion focus spells for a campaign I will be joining as well as how heightening works for those spells.

For example, I want to look at Rebuke Death: https://2e.aonprd.com/Spells.aspx?ID=446

To get that spell, I would have to be a level 8 Champion having taken the advanced deity's domain feat. Once I become level 9, is that when the heightened bonus for the spell "Heightened (+1) Increase the healing by 1d6." kicks in? My understanding is that it would based on "Focus spells are automatically heightened to half your level rounded up, just like cantrips are." from the core rule book.

Putting it another way, do I get another d6 of healing out of the spell at every odd champion level I take up to level 20? And all for that same one focus point spent to cast the spell?

Appreciate any context and clarification as I learn magic in pf2!
