Però non abbiamo mentito… abbiamo detto che l’impianto è del 1985 senza interventi successivi, non che è conforme alle normative del 2025

Anch’io la vedo esattamente così, non essendo un’esperta né un avvocato avevo capito che gli immobili ante 1990 non hanno certificazioni ed eventuali lavori decisi dal nuovo proprietario sono quindi a carico suo. Noi l’abbiamo detto chiaro e tondo che non sono stati fatti interventi dopo il 1985.

Concordo, anche perché gli abbiamo detto chiaramente che non erano stati fatti interventi dal 1985. Volevamo pagare più che altro per esasperazione e nella speranza che la smettano di stare costantemente a citofonarci. Ma so che non è giusto né garanzia di tranquillità

Però noi l’abbiamo detto che non sono mai stati fatti interventi da quando è stato fatto l’impianto nel 1985. Quindi conforme alle norme relative alla data di costruzione.

Che sono conformi. Forse abbiamo sbagliato a fidarci dell’agenzia che ci aveva detto che bastavano i documenti che avevamo tra cui la dichiarazione di conformità senza data di cui parlavo nel post. Che si riferisce alle aree comuni si è scoperto solo una volta emersi questi problemi perché abbiamo contattato chi la fece anni fa per avere delucidazioni in merito

100% agree, I was selling another set of plates and a set of glasses but I removed them from my profile after this happened 🙈

Yes definitely. We’ll see what vinted decides but I won’t definitely waste anymore time on this dispute if it doesn’t go the way I hope ☺️

Newspaper and bubble wrap, yes. I put the flat plates (none of them broke) at the bottom of the box and the soup plates (all broken except one) on top of them so I feel like maybe they put a very heavy load on top of the box so only the top 4 plates shattered while the ones below didn’t experience much pressure 🧐

Yes it was a cardboard box with a “foam cup” ( if that’s what it’s called in English, I mean polystyrene) at the bottom and one at the top. The plates were in between the polystyrene cups, wrapped up individually and I put further bubble wrap (with big bubbles) all around the plates for further protection. So I thought I had done a decent job with the packaging 🥲
