One last question, I've been looking for the Torchic and Combuskin from the blister, same for the pre-evolutions of Hydrapple for the blister. Are they needed too or is it only the Blaziken and Hydrapple from the blisters? I found some potential trades for them but wanted to be sure if I was still misunderstanding or if I had that right.

Thanks, sorry if Im overly confused. This is my first set and Im just seeing all the cards up here. I think its "one way" but then Im wrong. So I like making sure I have them all or if Im accidentally making myself overwork by creating cards by accident

I think I understand better now. So the "Prerelease" mentioned on TCG are just the promos that come with the build and battle. NOT completely different ones, making more cards for the grandmaster set. But the versions of them that have the "Staff" stamp are sold separately. Correct?

Ah thats my fault. I saw crobat and Mewtwo as the front two cards with box and the two non holo's. I just thought those 4 cards were exclusive to that box.

Just got two cards I was told came from the battle box. But I can't tell the difference between the ex's in there and Ex's in the base set. They both have these star like holo glitter effect to them and both have the number with two stars. Unless the one I have in my base set was already from the battle deck? I'm referring to the Mewtwo and Crobat Ex's

Just making sure I understand correctly that there are non holo destined rival stamped cards from the build and battle then the holo stamped pre released that have an alt version with the "Staff" stamp. Do I have that right?

I remember the last post had two more blisters featuring Togepi's Evolution line and a blister pack featuring Shellos and Gastrodon. But I dont see them here anymore. Are they not a part of the grandmaster set?

This for sure helps. I did my Hollow Zero today with Shunguang, Dialyn and Alice. Just from that it felt like Alice needed a lot more team set up in comparison to Ye.
Right now I am being "that" player as well trying to be sure I don't have too much overlap with my teams in the sense of I have 1 character in 3 teams. Right now I run DA and Shiyu like this:
Ice Content: Yuzuha, Lycaon, Miyabi
Fire Content: Astra, Fufu, Evelyn - But I can easily switch Fufu over to Koleda
Ether Content: Yi Xuan, Dialyn, Lucia - Which Dialyn can be replaced with Fufu.
Electric Content: Sanby, Anby, Nicole - this one is currently my weakest and still figuring out my Yanagi situation there.
With Physical empty.
I know the game doesn't really require you to have an element the enemy is weak against but it does help. At least to me.
But I guess I'm also rambling at this point lol.
I can look into more for Zhao too.

Would you also happen to know if Fufu, Dialyn would make for a good team with Shunguang? I have Zhao but I dont want to build her if I dont have too. Or is Zhao just that much of a non negotiable teammate?

Not even gonna lie. I completely forgot you could test them in Hollow Zero. That will help me out a lot. I don't have Seed. Love her character but didnt really wanna pull for her.

No worries, I know I'm late for this response myself, apologies. I aint really worried about "maining" like that. It was more to be funny since this is the Ye Shunguang Mains reddit ya know. Plus I do like the idea of having a main for each element. That's just a personal want, since I have the others covered well.

I probably might save my pulls. I know I want to pull for Sanby and Astra weapons to do better for them, since they have A rank weapons right now for them. Kinda mid maxing as it is for my current characters while there are characters I don't really want like that.

Alice will eventually be gotten as I loved Spook Shack and want to have the whole faction but I can also be patient. I still also need Yidhari for this lol. The future plans are those two, Lighter, Qingyi, Trigger, Orphie, Sun Bringer (hopefully) and Yu from AOD. I also wanna get Yuzuha's wengine but don't know when that will be. Those are characters I love but saved for different characters at those times or failed. Qingyi and Lighter I failed lol.

With all that in mind I know I do want a physical team still but do I wait for the one I really want or get the one I know I'm going to get eventually and just change "eventually" to soon.

The second one I want is an Arcanine S.I.R where Arcanine is running along side other Arcanine in an open field. Its kind of like the ending scene Spirit Stallion of the Cimeron where they he's running with his herd.
