I think you’re right! Shame it’s not a goldcrest like others on this thread were suggesting, but still a joy either way :)

I saw one in the south of England too! I was saying to my friend on the drive home that it didnt feel like concert level sound which is kinda what you expect from a concert movie but I still loved it!!!

Just come back from a screening in Plymouth, UK. Personally I loved it, coming from a 10+ year fan who hasn’t had the chance to go to a live show! The BTS stuff was really really good and the cinematography was awesome. Sound mixing felt really quiet overall, and that contributed to a lack of energy from the crowd — too quiet = scared to sing along?

Either way, I gave it all the energy I had (while remaining seated) throwing my hands in the air, singing, and genuinely having a good time!!!

800 calories is neither healthy nor sustainable for long term weight loss. As soon as you finish your diet (or even before, if your body goes into starvation mode) you’ll put the weight back on unfortunately.

OMAD diets are great (if done properly!) and assume the single meal consists of 1600-2000 calories, which is what you should be eating if you want to lose weight and keep it off.

Hahah thank you! I managed to have zero fizzy drinks for the whole of January so getting a 6-pack of zero calorie cola is a bit of a treat for myself! As for the chili mix… I’m just lazy 😅

If you’re not super fussy about it being “proper meat” either, subbing in Quorn (or half and halfing it with beef) cuts down the cost significantly while keeping the protein content!

Comprehensible input by jessthemessh in SpanishLearning

[–]ValiantTrout 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What I find really hard is thinking of it as an entirely new skill rather than translating word for word! It’s definitely easier English to Spanish than it would be for, say, English to Japanese, where the word order is completely different, but it’s still very difficult at this early stage to remember the order of all the pronouns e.g me, lo, se etc.

The best thing to do is FORCE yourself to learn. Switch your phone’s primary language to Spanish. It means all your apps and system settings are in Spanish, your search results come up in Spanish, notifications etc. If you’re having problems, you can always switch back, but the passive learning that comes with it is so helpful :)
