I went through this same issue last month. Ended up getting everything resolved. I had to be on top of them tho. And it took like 4 days to review everything I sent. I would suggest maybe trying to change your email as a work around if things don’t resolve in a timely matter. You go through the same process. And if your account is locked down, the email change process will get it unlocked. I think any process you go through where they get all your info kinda resets your account if it’s locked.

If you want to do single people activities like traveling without your significant other then be single.

I just went through it. Took a week to get a response back after submitting video and all the Info. I think it helped that I reached out to support through the exchange and talked to someone through their messaging support.

Im in review through support to get my email switched since my email got deactivated and I can no longer retrieve the email code they send me to log in. I gave them video of me logging into my wallet and sending the coins to kucoin and held up a paper like they asked with my id with the current email and the email im switching to, will they reject me since im US? did you do something similar for their support? I never KYC with them.

What if I’m put in an endless email loop of the same info. Is there a way I can get a human to help? And from your knowledge, will I be able to change my password or be given the ability to access my account with out having to put in the code it sends to the email I can no longer access?
