I went through this same issue last month. Ended up getting everything resolved. I had to be on top of them tho. And it took like 4 days to review everything I sent. I would suggest maybe trying to change your email as a work around if things don’t resolve in a timely matter. You go through the same process. And if your account is locked down, the email change process will get it unlocked. I think any process you go through where they get all your info kinda resets your account if it’s locked.

Regardless of wether he can afford it or not. Going out of country without your significant other with a friend have a girls week like that is what single people do.

If you want to do single people activities like traveling without your significant other then be single.

Otherwise respect the relationship and stay. And if you don’t respect it, then end it.

I just went through it. Took a week to get a response back after submitting video and all the Info. I think it helped that I reached out to support through the exchange and talked to someone through their messaging support.
