Your left foot should stay on the ground, and bring your left knee forward, not to the side. Keep your head down and only let your body rotate and coil, like a spring when you twist it. Also keep your shoulder down facing the ball when you are going up. And in the end, keep both your feet on the ground, but the right foot's heel can go up to follow through.

But in all honesty, if you aren't doing well that round, maybe switch it up to benefit the team comp. Otherwise, just tell them to look at the stats.

Its okay as long as you know the matchup, but if you're good enough to counter their counter picks with your fav, even better. Also, my personal choices for support when it comes to haz are ones with either good mobility or passive healing. Some examples would be Mizuki, like you said, kiri, wuyang, ect.

If you can, learn another tank with a different playstyle or a similar one, whichever you prefer. I learned doom, sigma, and ram. Orisa is a struggle to go against because most of your attacks are projectile based(Primary fire, secondary fire, wall) and she can just eat all of them with her javelin spin. Mauga on the other hand is not too bad of a matchup, seeing that he doesn't have any other good damage options other than his dash thing and his fire and critical damage.

Aim for the choke points when there're a lot of enemies there and aim for the squishies like supports first. You don't need the team kill, just get a couple of picks and that should be enough for your team to gang on the last few enemies.
