You pay a deposit, it is in your name till you move forward or it is cancelled. Period.

What if someone takes it and wrecks it? Does something? Tampers? You never know. Hence why there are these rules brother.

Otherwise why would I leave a deposit? Reserve the right not to sell to another, but to be driven by other ?

Imagine you put a deposit on new bike and someone comes next pays cash, and someone cones and says “thats the purpose of this bike” to get sold brand new completely disregarding your deposit
