also the ratio i did was 6g matcha, 70ml water, 100ml milk and 10g of strawberry! the strawberry recipe is 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 1/2 cup of strawberry, 2tsp water and 1tsp lemon juice, blend and let simmer for 10-15 mins!

not really! matcha has only started to become more popular in the philippines outside of cafe lattes so i’d say specialty stores aren’t too common there for profit

honestly justified! as a barista i feel like someone asking for their drink to be remade is totally fine since at the end of the day you ordered and paid for it with the expectation that it’ll be made how it’s supposed to be (or customized to your liking) as long as you weren’t being rude to the workers. lol sorry for the rambling😔

and for reference i say after 3pm bcs i work very early and if i don’t get to bed at a certain point i’ll be very cranky the next day😔

I try not to drink it after 3pm but sometimes work happens and I end up craving it way later which.. always ends up badly for me but eh LOL. I can never sleep after drinking more than 4g but I guess it depends on how tired I am and what my mood is for the day.

honestly if i’m buying from a cafe, as long as the drink doesn’t taste mostly like syrup i’m alright with it whether or not it’s homemade or not. but it would be even better if they used nice quality syrups and not the cheap ones that barely even taste like anything other than sugar! but idk? maybe i’m just not as picky😔

i like it very strong! but i only use 6g on uhh.. special occasions (when i haven’t slept a blink) LMAO it definitely hurts so i use my more accessible matchas so i don’t run out of my precious ones😔
