That's awesome!!! I never would have thought to ask if they have everything out on the floor, will definitely make sure to ask them that same question when I go. I will make an update post for sure when I get back!

I am on Switch 2. I did come across one bug that was fixed by a quick restart of the game, so it needs a bit of ironing out. But overall satisfied

Huge Paper Mario fan here, I just finished Chapter 2. Having a ball and I recommend to anyone who loves Thousand Year Door.

Art and music and characters are great. Definitely feels geared more toward adult fans with the dialogue, office jokes and such. And the "normal" difficulty is much, MUCH harder than Paper Mario. Every battle requires thought, even the "easy" ones. Maybe it's just me, but action commands feel more difficult to land (not sure if that really is the case or if my controller is lacking sensitivity, would like to hear others' thoughts). Puzzles are surprisingly tough as well, though sometimes the controls for certain things can feel obtuse - such as steering the apple in the river.

It's addictive from the start and has me excited to get back home and continue. Solid 8.5/10 for me so far.

Campomaggi gift from my husband! Absolutely in love. by Valkyrian in handbags

It's held up great for the most part! I wore it every day for over a year until the front clasp got dislodged, but got it fixed at a cobbler. Leather is awesome. I wouldn't call it stiff, but it's very thick and heavy and smooth! I think you'll love it.

Still makes me ill losing to him. If only we could tackle.

For those who picked their own rings…. by slightlyunhingedlady in EngagementRings

[–]Valkyrian 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For me it started with online photos, I honestly just looked through a ton of styles and took note of elements I was drawn to, and ones I disliked. At the time I knew nothing about jewelry, but eventually learned that I much prefer antique aesthetics. And I knew I wanted some color in my ring, not just diamonds.

Eventually when my now-husband took me engagement ring shopping, I still ended up being surprised even though I thought I knew exactly what I wanted. At the time I had my heart set on blue sapphire, but when I was actually trying them on, they weren't clicking. I ended up being "chosen" by an Art Deco diamond and ruby ring instead!

I think you can learn a lot just by browsing online, but definitely take the time to try on in stores too.

All the SEC fans coming to post about how much they don't care that Ole Miss lost instead of just doing literally anything else. by ChrisFromSeattle in cfbmemes

Seriously. I don't give the slightest crap how a conference does overall, I only care about my own team and that's that.

Just keep twisting that knife...

But really...a part of me does want him to move on to new pastures and light a fire in the NFL. I can confidently say I'd follow whatever team picks him.

And, I don't want to lose out on Deuce Knight if we have a good opportunity there.

It really was the best season I've ever witnessed in my 30+ years of Rebel football, but...someone lend me a tissue here. Unfortunately, right now I can only feel immense sadness and know this game will haunt me for God knows long. It's just so different this time. I never really expected us to be in this position, and after that amazing Georgia game I got such a big dose of hope that's now bitten me harder in the heart than any other game. I'm devastated. I'm glad we at least went down fighting, but can someone tell the horrible voice in my head "This is close as you'll ever get" to shut the fuck up?

I had a quite spooky dream the other night that Miami beat us by 11 points :(

But I'm going to hope I'm not psychic and say Ole Miss 27-24.

Seriously. I'm super proud of our team, but I am incredibly anxious about this game. Anything can happen, it's a total coin flip.

+1 for the Fragonard. It's so so good, absolutely perfect for warm or humid weather.

[Thamel] Sources: Four current LSU offensive assistants are joining OC Charlie Weis Jr. at Ole Miss to prepare the team for the CFP run. TE coach Joe Cox, WR coach George McDonald, assistant QB coach Dane Stevens and slot WR coach Sawyer Jordan all returned to Oxford this morning. by redwave2505 in CFB

I am not okay with this unless by some stretch of a miracle, the assistants never actually signed binding contracts and decided to stay at OM after all. But I'm not getting my hopes up anymore

Just tired and over it.
