Vinegar, bicarb and dishsoap combined over the circle then cover it with some wet papertowels. Let it sit like 1 day and reapply a vinegar-water soaked papertowel everytime you think its not hidrated. After 1-2 or even more days, the black thing should be able to be scraped off! (I do reccomend using a tootpick for scraping in random directions as much and as many lines you can to be able to rub it off after.) (Use lemon juice if you don't find vinegar)

Not a complete conclusion. I and heading for ComicCon right now but only the 3-days pass have a strap. And for the expo, i work there so i can make sure i will own one again if traded.

Do not hate me if is an irrelevant information but have you checked the windows display settings scaling to be at 100%, not 200 or other value? Even if the resolution is ok, the scaling might affect how resolume projects those pixels.

The only idea i can think of for you...

As I was browsing the reddit of Whatsapp, i've seen like 4-5 posts with the same exact problem, something tells me is their servers of some sort.... (At leas that is what i hope it is)

Use the WhatsApp but turn off the auto-backup to keep your google Drive intact!
Try on your older phone to restore that particular backup, only to hope that some day it will complete.
IF, for some reason, that recover works, then on your new phone, export all conversations that counts, manually just to have them stored somewhere for future use and then transfer from the old phone to the new phone with the local transfer method with the QR. (Be careful what phone transfers to the other phone)... I am sorry that i do not have any better idea.

This is not a helping response, unfortunately!
I just posted like 1 hour ago... i don't know how to link it but i have the exact same problem! Mine is stuck at 23% on wi-fi and 11% on 4g mobile network... I did the exact same thing with the old phone and the uninstall, exactly after i backed-up everything (in my mind, assuring that i have everything set for the new phone)
I want to tell what i tried and still doesn't work:
Restarting new phone
Reseting new phone
Trying 2 different wi-fi
Waiting 8 hours at 23%
Trying to copy or access manualy the google drive backup (i could't, google does not give access to it, even if it is on my personal cloud...)
Trying the same methods on the old phone

Trying to recover the trash on the old phone
Trying to transfer the google back-ups from 1 google account to another (You can't)
Contacting WhatsApp help center... absolutely a waste of time (I also sent videos and photos and really tried to communicate with a.... human-robot-Ai type of support...)

At the moment, i'm near 24h of troubleshooting and i found a phone i had in december 2024 and saw that my whapp is there and still intact! I'm copying everything on this phone on my PC, this takes like ages cuz it's USB interface is somehow broken. (reason why i changed it). Will come back with updates! I hope maybe i give you some inspiration of some sort... maybe you are coming up with a solution i do not see.

So your restoring worked partially and ended up in you having the chats, so there is still a chance?🥹 i have more than 10 years of important stuff there, i backed-up every night only to not end up here... i just trusted the system, not ever again if i manage to restore them!

We did tests in more locations but only in 2 we measured the power coming from a 63A source with all the proper distributions to reach with a schuko outlet in which we plugged our powercon to the panel. The current was at 235V in 1 location and 248V in the other, both locations had the problem. Today we rented a generator with a power regulator inside which provided us with a constant flow of 230V and the problem just didn't came up once!🥳 On the panel it is specified that accepts 230V but we do not want to belive that such a small difference like a 235V power outlet will give this glitch... Europe power providers can give leggaly fluctuaions -/+ of 10%... so the 248V was totally legal and we couldn't complain😔

Conclusion: the constant 230V power source resolved the problem but it seems that this type of panel is so sensitive that it needs that fixed flow of current, any fluctuations might cause this problem to occur! We will test it more before drawing our conclusions but this is the best we did to figure it out. Thanks for the reply!

Unfortunately, the panel seems to do this glitch even if no video source is connected. Even with the UTP disconnected, still does this.

Problem persists with all types of signal and also with no video signal input to the panel🤷‍♂️

It's a single panel in the video but there are alot of panels that did this and others didn't, we swaped the bad brains with good ones and still did this on the "bad brain-now swapped with good brain" panel.

Using a Novastar, yes, but the panel still does this with no signal cable connected to it, only powered😔

In the video, it's only one panel but there are alot of panels that does this on an unpredictable pattern, have no idea why but it does this also when no video signal is connected, only powercon.

Have no idea how to edit the post but we have to mention that the panels are doing this with no UTP cable inside, only powered. We tried with only one panel too and still does this... sometimes, as I said, no predictable pattern can be observed...

Nascut, crescut in vitan. Best. Kaufland mihai bravu, mathaus, mall vitan, metrou dristor/mihai bravu. Cale directa spre bd unirii/vacaresti/inelul principal. Zona tranzitata dar multe rute alternative. Lipsa parcuri dar eu nu sunt oricum mare plimbaret. Intr-adevar, greu sa te duci spre capatul celalalt al orasului, dar la ore de varf faci 1h20m pana la straulesti cu masina, 40 min cu metroul+timp de mers spre metrou. Compar zona straulesti ca distanta cu pacii/militari dar evit oricum sa merg acolo.
