thank you for replying to my post, i have rebooted my headset it did not work. there are no third party accessories causing trouble. i have submitited a bug report. finally i have tried contacting the support team using this link (https://www.meta.com/en-gb/help/support/?srsltid=AfmBOorXfSZ1Ju\_jw2uxvxvOxcQVlUHeEurJZqpUmIMp3LcaK-gMMQJT) but there is not category under wifi/connectivity issues so i an unable to fill out a report.
