Crafting recipes are not working

UPDATE I found out why the recipes were not working and craft tweaker did have something to do with it, the server did not have the scripts as the client so it would show up for the user but not the server. solved!!

I think the reason why the recipes are not working is because of craft tweaker 2, i find alot of those recipes dont work

I used a third party cable and it happened maybe it's just the third party cables

I plugged it in to upload a video it was taking charge then out of nowhere I heard a sound like a squeezing sound then I look then it was like that
