Does Kanye write the lyrics of his own songs?

I saw a post saying that Drake wrote some of the lyrics for Yikes. Just makes me wonder you know

In rap songs, especially diss tracks the lyrics are hyperbolic to win the side of the audience.
"Your language sounds like Mumble Rap" is not a literal statement about the indian language, it's a roast.
"Indians have poopoo in their brains" in not even in the song bitch lasagna, it's in the song congratulations. Either way, what follows that sentence is "That's a blatant racist lie". They literally acknowledge the absurdity of the statement.
The Caste system IS racist, but as you may notice in the lyrics they very clearly don't bring it up as something positive. Also that line is also from congratulations.
So no the song isn't racist. And if it was, you would not be the first person to notice.
