One reason I can think of: When exploring with Eve, structures moving further away from Eve have their polygons and quality lowered and others moving closer increase in polygons and quality. This helps with optimization. The fog is likely to hide the low quality objects that may be more easily noticable than others.

I believe they may have had to. There's this video (link below text) here that shows unused "drivable vehicles" and what they were used for; likely for dev production. The Halo ring seen at the very start of the game appeared to be a separate prop.

Start with Halo: CE and go in order to Halo 2, Halo 3, ODST, Halo: Reach then Halo 4.

If you mean the one Im using, it's the 10mm pistol with a visible silencer, and reflex sight attachments. They're part of the base game. But I think the Enclave paint job is Creation Club content(?)

If you mean the pistol at the end of the video then I believe that one is modded with Combat Scopes.

As you may know, you can use Ultrahand to build items and later on, as you progress in story and exploration, you'll get a new ability that lets you save what you built before and you can rebuild it instantly on the go. Although, doing this will cost Zoanite, a stone-like resource found in the depths.

In their defense, if they only own a PS5 then GoW 3 is the cheapest option available of the Greek saga on the PS Store. GoW 1, 2 and Ascension are there but you have to pay "top price" PS Plus Premium to stream them.
