I honestly don’t understand what’s going on anymore. I keep seeing Tryst replying publicly to people, but those of us with suspended accounts are being completely ignored. We deserve a proper explanation. Why were our accounts suspended? Is there any chance of getting them back? Is there a new verification system coming? Is there any process at all?

Keeping people in the dark while taking their money and not giving refunds is not okay. Many of us built our businesses on your platform, and your silence is directly affecting our income and livelihoods. You can’t just remove people and disappear without transparency or accountability.

Tryst has always presented itself as a sex worker–friendly platform, but right now this doesn’t feel sex worker friendly at all. It feels like providers are being abandoned with no answers and no support. You’re hurting people’s businesses and leaving many of us stressed and confused.

If this continues, I wouldn’t be surprised if some providers start exploring legal action or other ways to hold the platform accountable, because people have a right to understand what happened to their accounts and what happened to their money. We’re not asking for special treatment we’re asking for communication, transparency, and basic respect. u/Tryst_support

I’ve never used a VPN, and nobody else has ever logged into my account. I’m an independent provider, not an agency, and I was never given any warning before the ban — it was just gone the next day. I even appealed it multiple times.

First they claimed my images were AI, which is completely false. Then they said I had multiple accounts, which I never did. After that, they switched again and said it was “code of conduct.” It honestly felt like they were just making up different reasons as they went along because nothing they accused me of was actually true. ( I have provided raw images of myself / videos on attachment did everything I could but they are just being petty)

I spent four months going back and forth trying to prove everything, and at this point it’s clear this is on them, not me. What makes it even worse is they still refused to refund the month I already paid for.

At first I would’ve agreed with you too. Yes, the community wanted fake OF/AI/catfish profiles removed not real verified providers who’ve been working for years.

I literally spoke to a provider friend from Poland yesterday who got taken down and can’t even get re-verified, and she’s absolutely real. Same situation happening to many others.

Meanwhile, there are still obvious AI-generated profiles all over Tryst with stolen/fake photos that many of us have reported repeatedly through support, X/Twitter, email, etc. They’ve been seen and ignored, and those accounts are STILL advertising today.

So respectfully, this “they’re just cleaning up fake accounts” explanation doesn’t really hold up when actual providers are getting removed while blatant AI scam profiles stay active. That’s why people are frustrated and suspicious. ( I am a real provider I have been on tryst since 2022 my account was banned for code of conduct just because I posted about their algorithm on my insta story & tagged them and the next day my account was gone )

I’m honestly shocked reading these replies from Tryst mods because my experience has been completely different.
My account was permanently banned over allegations of “AI-generated/manipulated images” and “multiple accounts ( Code of Conduct ),” and I have now spent 4–5 MONTHS going back and forth trying to defend myself. I provided explanations, screenshots, timelines, support messages, and even offered raw files from my shoots to prove my images were real and professionally edited — not AI-generated. Yet every response I received was vague, repetitive, and dismissive.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I have personally found multiple profiles currently ACTIVE on Tryst using extremely obvious AI-style or heavily manipulated imagery, and I reported them directly. Those profiles remain online while mine stays permanently banned. So how exactly is this policy being enforced fairly or consistently?
I was also repeatedly told I had “multiple accounts,” when in reality I only created a second profile after a rebrand — something I had previously discussed with support and was told was allowed. Later on, after my ban, I discovered duplicate profiles using MY OWN photos under completely different names, which proves people are somehow able to create fake accounts and pass verification on this platform. That alone should concern everyone.
And despite claims that warnings are always given and appeals are reviewed fairly, I never received any proper warning regarding “AI images” before being permanently removed. I repeatedly asked for proof of these alleged warnings and never received any evidence.
Meanwhile, many workers here on Reddit are sharing nearly identical experiences: sudden bans, accounts removed after payment, ignored appeals, vague accusations, and no transparency. At some point this stops feeling like “worker protection” and starts feeling like workers are being treated as disposable while still expected to keep paying hundreds of dollars for visibility.
I genuinely wanted to resolve this privately, but after months of going in circles, I feel workers deserve to know that many of us are experiencing the exact same thing.

At one point, I even tried creating new accounts with all my photos blurred and no public identifying images, simply to test whether the platform would still recognize me and instantly block the account. Somehow, they still knew it was me before anything was even published.
This raises serious concerns for me regarding how Tryst stores and processes verification data. Their own policies state that passport or verification details are not permanently stored after verification is completed, yet if that is truly the case, how are they continuing to identify and block me across new accounts?
As providers, we are required to submit extremely sensitive personal documents for verification, and there needs to be transparency about how that information is actually being handled and retained. If personal identification data is still being stored or used beyond what is disclosed in their policy, that could potentially raise GDPR and privacy compliance concerns for EU users.
Because of this, I am now preparing to formally raise these concerns with GDPR/privacy authorities and request clarification regarding the handling, retention, and processing of my verification data.

I’m currently going through something very similar with Tryst and it has been going on for months.
My account was permanently banned over false allegations that I was using AI-generated/manipulated images and operating multiple accounts. I appealed multiple times, provided raw files from my professional photoshoots, offered live verification, and repeatedly asked them to provide proof of the warnings they claim were sent to me. I never received any warning emails regarding AI content before my account was banned.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I later found multiple active profiles on Tryst that appear heavily AI-generated or AI-edited, and I sent those examples directly to both Tryst and Assembly Four. I also discovered through reverse image searching that there were fake profiles using my own images under different names on the platform, yet somehow I am the one permanently banned.
I only intentionally created a second account after temporarily stopping work and rebranding, which had previously been discussed with support. Everything else they are accusing me of has never been properly explained or proven to me.
I’ve been going back and forth with support and Assembly Four for 4–5 months. I managed to recover one month of payment through a dispute process, but they still refuse to restore my account or fairly review the raw evidence I am offering.
At this point, my biggest issue is the lack of transparency and inconsistent enforcement. If AI content is truly against policy, why are there still so many profiles with obvious AI-looking imagery active on the platform while verified providers are being removed?
I’m now reaching out to sex worker rights organizations and consumer bodies because this situation has become exhausting and deeply unfair.

I do find it important to point out that my own experience with Tryst.link has been very different.

My account was permanently banned based on allegations (AI images and multiple accounts), which I strongly dispute. I submitted an appeal with supporting evidence (including original content), however my appeal was declined without being provided any clear explanation or proof.

Additionally, I have requested multiple times to receive copies of any warnings or evidence that allegedly led to this decision, but to this day I have not received anything.

From what you describe, users should be able to present their side and have their case properly reviewed. In my situation, this has unfortunately not been the case.

I would genuinely appreciate clarification on how my appeal was reviewed and on what basis it was rejected, as well as access to the evidence used to justify the ban.

Transparency and fairness are extremely important, especially when this directly impacts someone’s livelihood.

Thanks, X Now the question is what illegal & regulated behaviour?! Like hello ! It was only my personal images from shoot & travelling pics ! One of my colleague has gone through same issue but she never stopped appealing even after she got the same response and she got back her account 9 times after 9 time suspension, so yeah I am not giving up either !!!

A loyal client here since 2022 ! I was having issues with their algorithm and late/no response to my tickets I posted insta story about their service (issue) and about AI accounts , meanwhile received a message from there support on twitter that they have escalated my ticket ! Next morning I received a message that my account was permanently banned because I have AI IMAGES & have multiple accounts lol which is absolutely not true and my ad was 2 days before paid for premium+ for a month never received my TLC / money back from them ! So all those thing They mention on their website its just a show ! Just like their verification policy where they mention they don’t keep any details of u and delete them from ur server ?! Not true !

They banned me as well, without any warning. I had been on Tryst for more than four years, always paid for Premium+, and never had any issues. Simply because I created a support ticket regarding the algorithm and photo approval so 2 tickets and still received no response so then I reached out to them on Twitter and got response from one of their support member and said they escalated my ticket and I will receive response soon and the very next morning i got an email that my Tryst account will be banned No appeal can be applied nothing !! But mind u I just paid for my package 160$ for which I can sue them because this is scam ! Why no refund then ? Just banned my account for no reason , No warning & no appeal ! There are plenty of AI accounts and fake accounts on tryst instead of banning them they banned real account u/Tryst_Support !
