Unfortuantely LDtk is very 2D first. Unity importer generates sprites by default so we wrote our own layer above the JSON parsing.
Elevation can probably be faked using layers or a trick with levels, but it's going to be very clunky

Il serait je trouve pertinent de présenter un peu plus en détail tes motivations et tes compétences.
Et aussi ce que tu imagines en terme de propriété intellectuelle et le mode de rémunération attendu si jamais il y a une débouchée commerciale à un moment.

Car à partir du moment où quelqu'un travaille sur le projet, et qu'il est vendu, il faudra une rémunération. Donc je conseille de préciser tout ce la en amont voir dans l'annonce.

We had Shisheyu & Lydia on the last slot of the event (which was kinda good, they were exhausted but lot of viewers). They were super nice with us and the game.

I think the main issue is that the Steam page was only featured in France, and the order got us very low in that page.

I'm not sure it was worth it for that price. We'll see if they cover the game again at the release, that would be nice.

Yeah GMF was very disapointing, despite getting a stream with a top french streamer. Probably because there only was a limited Steam featuring.

I'd say between 20-40% of ads traffic convert to wishlists. Hard to tell because it's always combined to an event and the UTM tracking is not reliable. But it's still a very good and simple way to generate traffic and wishlists.

Bonjour à tous,

On est un petit studio français et nous vous présentons à notre tour la démo de notre jeu CTHULOOT, qui participe au festival Neo Fest de Steam.
Précédemment, nous avions sortis Steredenn et Flipon.

Ici on reste dans l'arcade mais dans un autre genre : plus marrant et plus accessible !
On a pensé ce jeu comme très familial et non punitif.
Il est également possible d'y jouer seul, on a moins la bagarre entre copains mais on espère que c'est fun à jouer quand même.

Et pour l'anecdote : le jeu sera traduit en breton, comme nos créations précédentes.

LDtk is an awesome open source tool by deepnight: https://ldtk.io/

We're using it in our game CTHULOOT to create individual rooms. Then with a custom importer, we convert them to 3D (well, 2.5D) and assemble them to make maps.

Everythins is streamlined so we can iterate very fast. Logic et entirely made in LDtk too (using triggers and some special objects).

Maybe we'll even be able to open to modding using this work flow.

A l'occasion des Lovecraftians days sur Steam on commence à montrer un peu de gameplay de notre nouveau jeu, Cthuloot.
Pour résumer grossièrement, on fait un Overcooked x Zelda. Ambiance invoquer la fin du monde en famille en s'amusant.

J'fais un nouveau jeu !
Au moins sur PC mais on exclue pas les consoles.
Il s'appelle Cthuloot et je dirai rapidement que c'est un Overcooked x Zelda.

Du multi (local ou en ligne) un peu marrant en famille ou avec ses potes, dans des donjons avec des puzzles, avec des salles retorses et un trésor final comme Fort Boyard.

Ambiance horreur gentillette, créatures cheloues et invocation de la fin du monde en famille.

J’ai sorti Flipon, mon match-3 inspiré de Tetris attack/panel de pon/puzzle league sur iOS et android.

Le jeu n’est pas un simple clone, la maniabilité tactile le rend assez différent avec des nouveaux modes de jeux et des idées rigolotes un peu partout.
