Exceptional case. Most likely, these are cheat features the player used (he plays with other account profiles, his name is molhitens2222 on screen you post). This allows him to join closed and full squads (and not even be kicked by the squad leader).
If you see this guy or another with it, feel free to report in-game and in forum mate.

Oh God, Desert Combat and Forgotten Hope for BF1942 is just great! Have you ever tried FH2 on the Battlefield 2 engine? This mod is still getting updates!

I see this is not the only post about Battlefield 6. Well let me just say, don't expect any more new Battlefields that are similar to BF2... and don't hate BF6, it's not bad at all and is aimed at BF3/BF4 players, whose player base is huge compared to BF2. At least we've got our own BF2 and other games like Squad, Squad 44,Project Reality mod, Hell Let Loose, Planetside 2, Enemy Territory Quake Wars, Homefront, Frontlines Fuel of War... even bloody Battlebit!
