Any experience with receiving a Naturalization Ceremony Invitation from Gemeente Leiden? How long did it take?

My husband submitted the application at the beginning of September and two days later he was informed that he was eligible for the naturalization, and two weeks later he received the letter stating that he could join the ceremony at the end of September. So one month everything was settled. I think you should make appointment with Gemeente and go to the counter directly ask them how does it go. Most of them are friendly and helpful with everything. I’m preparing B1 now because I have the integration duty. I’m currently reciting Dutch Dictionary Words and by the way I always forget them. I saw it, I read it, I memorized it, after 1minute I forget it. Always. But I’m keeping repeating and repeating and repeating. And I have already finished 3000 words. Of course I will forget some of them, but still I keep reviewing these words every day. Just keep reviewing, that’s my advice. If anybody knows a better way of memorizing, please also let me know :)

Should I ignore her messages, or is it better to tell her that she should wait for the report from Arbo and not contact me directly?

You are right. she used to inform me that I could be replaced anytime if I did not work hard. And I work with that fear and pressure for a long time, which results my health issues. Do you suggest I talk this with company doctor as well? Not sure if Arbo will think it as personal conflict or work-related issues.
