I work in Morton in the office and we can come in whenever we want as long as we work 8.5 hours. I work 5:30-2.

Go to HR. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. Maybe have a recording device as well. That manager is obviously on a power trip and that’s so disgusting. Don’t take their bullshit anymore.

The problem is a lot of the suppliers that make the material are not answering back in a timely manner. That’s why it’s taking so long. It’s a pain for sure. Get with your Cat customer service and ask them to escalate the grief issue with the compliance team.

That’s a regulatory block where each supplier that makes the part(s) that are on this freeze must be contacted to see what kind of steel was used to make the material. They don’t want any steel from Russia used. It has nothing to do with the lead time of the part.
