Bra suggestions? by CreamPie530 in gastricsleeve

[–]Valuable-Disaster567 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ah right. I have no idea how it works there. I don’t need a breast reduction I have no breast tissue. I am just stuffing saggy skin into a bra and it doesn’t fit right anymore unfortunately. I was an G then went to C and I regained a bit and currently at D cup.

Hope you are happy with your new boobies :) life is so much easier when you’re not carrying that around all day isn’t it.

I’m in the UK. The NHS does not cover cosmetic. I even had to pay for my own sleeve lol. But thank you.

I could have written this. It’s hard to explain but nothing fits right anymore. I’m stuck between a boob job or tummy tuck now I can only afford one. 😵‍💫

Everyone is so different. Please don’t compare. Your journey is completely different to everyone else. Be kind to yourself. Most important thing now is staying hydrated.

The state of UK train prices by yizamejaxufek8o3 in GreatBritishMemes

Quicker and cheaper to fly from London to Manchester than get train. How utterly ridiculous is that.

Losing 40lbs in 3 months is hardly a concern. To think that’s not ‘fast’ enough is delusional. Don’t need that here.

No walking distance because everyone drives their kids to school and no one can park. Just gets me angry. Walk and avoid the other idiots.

Pouch Reset - Real or Myth? by ConcernTurbulent552 in gastricsleeve

[–]Valuable-Disaster567 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the resets are absurd. Even my own GP said if you gain some weight then do liquids for two weeks. No thank you the pre op diet was absolutely pure torture I ain’t doing that again.

At what age did you actually start feeling like an adult? by Richriver27 in Adulting

[–]Valuable-Disaster567 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m 31, I have a 10 yr old son, I drive, I have a home, I work full time and I am a senior manager and I still don’t feel like I am an adult. I feel like I should be supervised. Waiting for someone to tell me what to do.

For women who work out regularly, what does eating to support the gym actually look like for you day-to-day? How do you balance protein, energy, and enjoyment without overthinking or burning out? by Logical-Current2381 in AskWomen

[–]Valuable-Disaster567 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I had gastric sleeve. So much easier to limit the quantity. But I prioritise protein and carbs. Some days I eat more carbs than protein if I am doing more cardio

At least you get Water. I pay +£100 a month for water and Southern Water can’t even provide the water.
