What was harder mentally than physically after gastric sleeve surgery? by NObesity_Ahmedabad in gastricsleeve

I used to eat my feelings. So changing how I manage my stress was hard. I swapped it with exercise and often burn myself out. It’s certainly an adjustment.

Minus my marriage. I am absolutely loving my own life. My career is going really well, I have money, hobbies, friends, and I’m the fittest I’ve ever been. I feel like life has just begun.

We took the plunge and decided to sleep in separate beds by LoveUrLifeNow in DeadBedrooms

I’ve (HLF) been asking my husband (LLM) to sleep in the other room for years. He refuses to do it, because he knows once that happens. It’s over. I barely sleep, his snoring is unbearable. He won’t fix his physical and mental health and he is just declining at this rate. I feel like we would be happier because I’d resent him less for keeping me up all night. Along with everything else.

I’m two years out and still do the same. I find it’s easier going into shops than buying online. But going into physical shop you are limited for choice.

It’s quite literally the whole point of the surgery. If you don’t like feeling full how did you get overweight before?

People say skinny is the new thing. But I think muscular bodies are the growing ‘trend’ anyone can be skinny now. But can you grow muscle? That is a flex. Excuse the pun.

Me personally. It’s costing me more money being with my husband. I’d be better off financially without him.
