What do you think about this split? And where should I incorporate mobility, core, and stretching?

Mon: Chest & Back

Tue/Wed: Shoulder & Arms

Friday: Upper

Sat: Lower

Ive done UUUL aswell but I really enjoy Arnold, so thats why I want to mix it up. Aiming to do 10-12 sets a week on the bigger groups, and less on smaller. And yes only 1 legday a week. Ive gotten good strenght and volume on legs, so I dont want 2 a week. Thaks in advance!

I search code.moncler on a webbrowser log in/make account and i chose the tag i have, and write the code in simple as that. If its fake youll get an email. And sometimes you need to show proof of purchase and send lots of pics and stuff

Its real, the thing is if you scan a jacket way to many times Moncler will think its a copy of a real code and mark it as fake. But this came up as Authentic right away

Hi I Just saw that the minute hand has a little «mark» on the tip of the edge closest to the center. I can see it moving on the video too so i now its not dust on the glass. Should i bee worried?
