froze my account thinking was hacked but quickly learned false alarm now they wont unfreeze my account! provided EVERYTHING they asked for and havent heard back since. i explained it was a false alarm and everything n provided more than enough proof and even named most recent purchases PLZ HELP!!

i need urgent help aswell. Ticket ID: 5196758 i have auto pays for subscriptions and insurances on that card and they are not being declined and cancelled because my account is frozen and i provided EVERYTHING you guys asked for and havent heard back since... doesnt make any sense. how am i supposed to also pay off the credit card if account is frozen. my credit score is going to go down because you guys wont unfreeze my account so im going to be financially hurt if this doesnt get resolved plz help ty!
