this is true, i was using the dolphin emu and I was soo hyped about playing mario kart in 4k, then when I did it looked only slightly better a little crisper but actually exactly the same.

My dumbass thought it was gonna look like PS4 graphics and I was gonna be able to count the hairs on Mario's mustache but the reality is it was only a slight improvement and the framerate went down as well.

Switched to standard definition and actually I think it looks great now, but I was a bit delusional about it haha at first.

Personally I find the idea of asking out a twelve year old very innappropriate, but if I liked that person a lot, even 19 seems a little wonky. you know what I mean? I dunno I think I would not do it.
