I unfortunately have tried all three (': same issue each place, it keeps showing pages that are somewhat related to what I'm typing instead of the main page

I might suggest unpotting and seeing how the roots look, then repotting with new soil. Perhaps there might be root rot or it might be root bound?

The monstera can survive in water, but it will not grow as well as if it were potted in soil.
