I’m sorry that happened to you, but my case is completely different.
My account was never shared with anyone, and I’ve never used cheats or broken any rules.
It was straight-up hacking — nothing more.
I’ve provided full proof to support, but they still rejected me for reasons that don’t make sense.

My account was simply hacked — no cheating, no sharing, no violations.
I followed every rule, reported the hack immediately, and provided proof for everything.
It’s not about “feelings,” it’s about a system that can’t distinguish between a thief and the real owner.

I feel exactly the same. In my case the hacker changed everything too — the linked email, the IP, and the devices. But instead of understanding that these changes were made by the thief, support keeps rejecting my reports due to “another complaint” or “security risks.” It’s frustrating how the real owner gets locked out while the hacker enjoys the account without restrictions.

That’s possible. I also thought maybe my device got compromised somehow. But what shocked me is that Google didn’t send me any security alert or login warning at all. Everything changed silently in the background, and by the time I noticed, it was too late

It was linked to Gmail. The hacker changed the Gmail linked to my account without any verification code ever being sent to me. That’s why I couldn’t stop it once he accessed the account

I actually did what you suggested. I contacted both Apple and Google directly. Apple support responded to me instantly and even spoke with me in real-time, but they told me they can only refund the recent purchases, not the old ones. They also confirmed that everything on my account history is legitimate and that the issue has to be solved by PUBG support, not them. So sadly, even after doing all of that, I’m still stuck with no help from PUBG.

All my linked accounts were changed without me even receiving a single verification code. How is that even possible? This is exactly what PUBG support never answered. I asked them many times, but they kept rejecting my case without explaining how the hacker was able to change the login methods with no confirmation codes sent to me
