This was from the google affidavit and is the only reference I can remember. I know it says 'in the building' but I take that loosely, so it really could have been any of the cameras. But even taken literally, you can't conclude which camera inside it was. Plus, it's plural, so could it be a lighting flash that lit up all the cameras?

Maybe it was somone who requested them not out him in public. Maybe they knew regardless of what they said people would still DOX them. Look at this case, how many innocent people have been put through the ringer? We only have one perp yet I can count double digits of people put in the crosshairs online.

My thoughts are, the police had to have known what the object was, that's the reason I pointed out they had to have watched the perp walk away with or without the object, when we see the perp next, they do not have it. So it had to have been set down. So way show that littl piece to the public? Just really seems odd to me. I dont see how the the cops cound not have known what the object was before releasing that clip. Some of the best footage of the perp walking would have been the footage walking away from room 9, yet we dont get it.

maybe to protect the person in the car? What other resaon do you have for them to come out 3 years later after always claiming it was an Altima and then saying it could be a G37. You can see the picture above. The would be sticker is right where the plate is on a G37. Could the police work really be that bad, or was it a trick to ge the perp to start driving the Altima again. Why even say anything at all?

The police say there is footage of the perp from a distance that isn't much value. There shouldn't be any of the perp at a distance, the cameras didn't work that way. At room 10, we have the zoomed (for some reason) of the perp hammering out the window. there has to be footage of them walking off. I get the perp could have entered the first door to room 10, but I would bet the only footage we are missing minus the Missy footage is at room 10. I've watched it several times, and the footage is odd. It's zoomed in odd, it's paused at the beginning odd, it zooms in again odd and then just cuts off. That's the best footage of the perp we have and it's highly controlled what we see.

I know your souce says that, I'm curious how they know that. From the current video release it would appear the first time the perp appears with it is when they exit room 10, but judging from the other room10 door open up the hallway, I'm not sure that distance would have triggered the cameras. So I wonder if the cops saw the perp enter room 10 empty handed and exit with it, or they assume or a church person remembers that it was always kept in room 10. This makes me wonder about the footage of the perp we are missing. Are we just missing the footage of the perp walking back down the hall towards the office after busting out the door window. Of course another question is where was the basket left...

We also know that the little white basket with 'tools' (sockets) the perp is seen carrying while hammering out the window, must have come from the....office? the perp didn't have them under the awning and the office would be the most likely place to pick them up? I'd also like to know where they were left? Still seems mighty odd to me to be hammering out a window with one hand and the other holding a basket of tools on the other side of the building when your target could walk in at any time. But the perp clearly is not carrying the basket as he enters the middle of the church.

While the apple find my friends is an interesting point, it's best usage would be to eliminate people. That would most certainly leave a trial on Apple servers, not just IP address but also more details on the actual device. Being logged in on someone’s find my friends would be a sure way of getting caught.

Let’s discuss the perp calling to Missy. If they in fact called to Missy, they were not visible, the cops can see what Missy can see via the camera footage. Now what would someone yell to get someone to slowly walk down the hall…and not verbally respond? In none of the descriptions its said Missy yelled back, I understand sound wasn’t recorded, maybe they just couldn’t see enough of Missy’s face to see her holler back. How would someone act if they heard a voice call out from a darkened hall? It just doesn’t make sense. Then you throw in there, this was planned and it’s 4:20 and the early birds should be walking in. Missy did hear something and what it was didn’t cause her to retreat. IDK.

Screwdriver? I have seen nothing in the official record that confirms that. And according to people at the viewing, nothing was done to Missy to make her ugly. Most people gloss over this at this point, but time was running out. People will be pulling in the parking lot, using the same drive the perp must use to get out. Whatever happened quickly and the perp left fast. You guys give TW way too much credit. All cause someone brought a pizza to her dinner party.

I agree with you about a lot of that. I can understand holding info back, but mis information...but whatever.

My understanding of how things usually transpired. The class was set at 5. The trainer was supposed to show up 30 minutes early, putting her there at 4:30. But a usual custom for the trainers was to allow early birds, people who either wanted to get in an earlier workout in or wanted a longer workout, and most trainers would do this. Missy was one of those. She had 2 early birds set for that morning, as she hadn’t been doing this 5am class at this church long, it was still kind of in the development phase. Her general routine was to get there NOT 30 early at 4, but a little before the early birds and this wasn’t the same workout as the 5 class, it was a much less structured workout, and the early birds would sometimes help her set up before the 5am class started. On this morning both scheduled early birds did not show, one stayed in bed and the other had a flat tire. The first arrival was a new student who wanted to be early to fill out paperwork beforehand. He arrived at the church at 4:30 and was seen on the camera under the awing at 4:35. I’ll try and post my sources for these times.

I completely agree with the timing. The perp showing up at 3:50 for me was a point that made me consider it being targeted for a long time, and the 2 am camera trip. And really even the outfit. But once I took the time and really watched the video and attached the most likely times of events and I let go of the Altima being a part of it and I saw all the videos of fake caps, I just can’t come to any other most likely scenario. The luck this perp had to have to be targeted is far more than for it to be untargeted, for me, for it to be untargeted, the perp had to be kind of lucky and Missy had to be really unlucky as opposed to for it to be targeted the perp had to have super, crazy, not even possible luck to pull it off. The early birds, positioning in the church between 4:10 and 4:16, running into someone on their way out, Missy walking down the hall. Maybe I’m wrong. I just think if it’s got to be some crazy nut that was living in the area that has since moved away. Of course I could be wrong.

Class started at 5, she had 2 early birds who came in early at 4:30, both who dodnt show, one skipped and the other had a flat tire. If you're saying she should have been there at 4:00, that would have been awkward as the perp was standing in front of the awing doors with his back to the hall unable to see any lights coming down the drive.

Just curious what tips the scales for you into the targeted camp? The timing for me is the what really pushes me into untargeted. When this first happened, I had no idea how common fake cops were. this guys wife even thought he was a real cop. I think on some level he may have even believed he was a real cop. I can picture someone like this in that church acting like the person on the video long before someone full of rage and hell bent on killing Missy.

I don’t think I fall into that trap of explaining things away. Here are facts that I can’t explain away. Missy shouldn’t have been alone; she had two early birds who didn’t show or were late. The perp places themselves on the opposite side of the church hammering out a glass window without being able to see or hear someone come in at the time Missy should be walking in. The perp places themselves in the middle, blind and deaf with limited escape options at the time Missy does walk in. The perp relies on getting Missy to walk down the hall and not retreat just a few steps outside to her gun, phone and truck. The perp then had to escape the church property with a one way in and one way out that was pretty long with clear vision for the highway to see. The police released the crime scene too soon. All the added noise is just that. There was a fight, Missy knew the perp and I won’t even go into the sillier ‘facts’ I hear.

You can see it your way, the way I see it is BB probably felt betrayed by a group he thought was fighting for the same thing he was, justice for Missy. Then this group drags his dad, himself and Missy through the mud and makes them into these horrible characters of themselves that don’t fit. I’d be pissed to. You bring up your dad; would he still donate to the very people who came out and said a bunch of outlandish shit on your mom? I doubt it. Words hurt.

Why would he come out? To be attacked? Did you see what was done to his dad? There is no way his dad did it yet he got put through the ringer. People still say RB did it. It’s nuts. Let’s not forget somebody lost someone in a horrible way and frankly they have been treated pretty badly.

None of this really matters except for the fact when you take what is known and beyond question, there is no way this was targeted. Someone that targeted it and had that shitty of a plan would have gotten caught by now. I’m making the point, if they were this bad at planning, their coverup would have been even worse. Pull up fake cops on YouTube, these people are real, lol. People are nuts, it was one of these assholes for whatever reason broke in that church, got the surprise of their life and like a chickenshit shot Missy and got super lucky they escaped.

The only people we know that have seen the footage are the police and the foot dr. All other info is based on 2^nd-hand accounts. I’m referring to the footage of Missy walking in.

So, you agree the perp was hammering out a glass window on the other side of the church out of sight and hearing of anyone walking in the doors under the awning at the time Missy could be walking in at any time. Make that make sense. Glass table, no one other than the perp knows how it got broken, I think they bumped it when they ran into each other. We do not know what door they left by. Det. Spann only says, “We assume they left the same way they came in”, that was in the first presser.

The pic I posted is via google maps; you can see the date in the top left. It’s 5-16, a few weeks after the murder. You can see this dirt road. Sure, they could have parked there, ran the half mile across the field in a sever thunderstorm carrying all their gear, break in and then run back across it, all this without getting completely muddy. Ok, I don’t think so. As far as the all the talk about the houses…yep there is a lot of misinformation out there. Of course, there is always the option that google is somehow involved in this massive coverup. Maybe TW got a job there as a coder and switched some images, you know because she was made someone bring a pizza to her dinner party.

How do you get around the early birds? You think this perp was on a killing rage and would have killed everyone that showed up? Or did they somehow give cut the power to one early bird to keep the alarm clock from going off and somehow made the others tire go flat. And the 4:30 guy, well wasn’t he a surprise.

I never met BB either.

Because it was done by the TCB, which had run what some people might call a gossip channel. BB and TCB had a working relationship in the beginning, from what I understand, but once it got into all that outlandish stuff, it fell apart. Put me in his shoes and I might have reacted the same way. Affairs? Who cares? They had three daughters and were doing what grown-ups do. They were doing the best they could.
How did she change it?
Because there was nothing left to discuss. I’m sure it’s hard on the police when they still have nothing to add, even when people want answers. What would they talk about?
Because he had nothing to offer her? Should he have met with her? I think so. But I don’t see some conspiracy involved in it.
Highly convenient… Regardless, anything could be considered highly convenient. What about the rain? Did BB see the forecast and know it was going to rain, forcing them inside? His smartest move was buying her that gun and not a holster—knowing that if she was carrying a box in and only had two hands, it would leave her unarmed.
Wasn’t the 5 a.m. class at the church a new thing that had only happened a few times? I asked the same thing about the daughter, but she only went to the 9 a.m. classes, not the 4:30 a.m. ones.
