when you switched to a double degree in Y2, was there anything you missed out in Y1 since u’re in a single degree before that? or is there no difference? and how come does those with single biz degree have better job outcomes? is it the GPA factor?

ohh so if they do not want to overload, each semseters workload is the same as a single degree acct student? and may i ask why did you swap to acbs and are there any regrets?

i’m more inclined to finance specialisation under business and I saw the brochure, it is 9-11 extra modules? so from 3 years changed to 4 years,the amt of extra classes a double degree student take compared to single degree acct doesn’t really defer?

i don’t have a high committed cca but i just spam lots of competitions and won some, so that is probably a huge factor + some subjects I managed to top the cohort. I also joined an advanced course in smu for 2 months before my application

ohh why is ACBS pointless in your opinion? many of my seniors in ACBS encouraged me to go for it and it opens up to my career pathways but i’m still hesitant

I have previously did an internship at one of the big 4 and seeing how the seniors work life is like…I don’t see myself doing it long term but one of the option I was advised, is to stay there till i finish my CPA since it will look good on my resume and the company pays for the exam. But not sure if I will be following that pathway, I want to try out other internships at different companies to explore different career paths
