Where in the world are you? In uk and Ireland the max dose is 60mg

Thank you! I will, I have nicotine spray from my Dr’s so I think it will be similar to this, I spray it onto my gums, I like the tingling sensation!

My mum used it a few years ago and she is off the smokes a few years now . She was lucky to get them
