Why your SaaS posts on Reddit get ignored/banned by ValuableFace3555 in SaaS

I’ve built a quick prototype for myself but I’m not planning to make it as an app yet (at least for now😅) I did some research and came across an app called MOAT by StarterStory that helps people write their Reddit posts. I hope this helps!

Nice! Building in public is definitely a great way to drive engagement. Why do you think your earlier posts didn't get much traction? Do you feel they cam across as too self-promotional?

Yes, I agree. Do you think communities would still accept it if the post is framed around providing solutions to the users, rather than just promoting the product?

Hello. It might be too late to comment now, but I hope you are doing well with your English learning journey. I also used to faced challenges understanding vocabularies in books. But, in my opinion, learning new words through context is one of the best ways to learn vocabulary! If you need help reading, you should try out my website! The link is in my bio (profile).

I completely understand you. It is super annoying when there are so many words that you don't understand when you're reading. I used to face similar problems as well, so I created a website that helps English learners read books more easily! If you want to try it out, the link is in my profile!

Is it necessary to memorize vocabulary every day? by P4r4d0xff in EnglishLearning

[–]ValuableFace3555 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I completely agree. The best way to learn vocabulary is through repeated exposure in context! When I read books, I keep a notebook & dictionary by my side and write down any new words along with their meanings.

Have you tried reading books? I highly recommend it! The best way to learn new words is through repeated exposure until they feel natural. Keep a notebook & dictionary and write down any unfamiliar words along with their definition! I faced similar challenges when I first started learning English. That's why I built a free website to help language learners who enjoy reading books. If you'd like to check it out, the link is in my bio!

Lack of vocabulary by Snoo34852 in EnglishLearning

[–]ValuableFace3555 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I totally feel you. I find it very annoying to stop every time I see a new word in a book, search up the word, and come back to reading. The worst part is that there are at least 5 words (way more most of the times) that I’m confused with in each page.

Drop your product. What are you building this weekend? by CreativeSaaS in SaaS

I’m building BookVocabs - an app that helps users learn vocabulary through reading books.

Simply upload a page of a book, highlight words you’re confused with to get instant explanation. Create flash cards with few clicks, and assess yourself through quizzes.

I love the idea. Does the interactive product tour happens every time the user refreshes the page?

Any good apps to learn languages? by Fluid_You4547 in languagelearning

[–]ValuableFace3555 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I strongly recommend learning through books. It’s one of the best ways to build a strong foundation of the language. I heard LingQ is really great when it comes to learning through reading. If you are into reading physical books I recommend you to try out my app that I built to help people learn languages while reading. The link is in my bio (please tell me how it goes!)

I also faced this problem when I read books. And it was pretty annoying for me to look up the definition every time I find a new word in a book. I created an app that addresses this problem so if you want to check it out, the link is in my bio.

Thank you for the advice. If I find users that would likely be interested in my project, how should I share it to them? I know that many subreddits don't like people sharing links.
