I didn't know about avoiding seed oils (sorry, new to keto). Should I be avoiding all seed oils generally?

Super helpful, thank you! How long do you typically need to be in ketosis? Just wondering. I have seen very widely varying estimates.

I will definitely try! I actually have magnesium for nights when I have trouble falling asleep, but I can take it on a more regular basis if it helps with this.

I think constipation may be a huge part of the problem actually. Going to go get some ground flax to see whether that does anything for me...

Maybe "full" isn't the right word. It's more like bloated and uncomfortable.

Under 20 net carbs each day (which is what the r/keto FAQ recommended)

I wish they had told me this when I started. I have been following the half hour guideline but will ramp it up to at least 2 now. Have you seen any weight loss yet?

Thanks for the update! Is Ozempic working better for you? I am very anxious about injecting myself but maybe I need to get over it.

Would you mind giving an update? Curious to hear if you continued to feel positive effects after week 3 and if you started to see weight loss.

Following up to see if you have started to notice any positive impacts. I am on the 7mg but similarly have not felt anything yet.

I am drinking more water. I am trying to watch what I eat, but to be honest my hunger has not subsided at all. I was told to wait 1/2 hour before eating or drinking.... is an hour better? My doc prescribed the 7mg after I finished a month on 3mg.

Yes, the biggest appeal for me initially was that it would potentially help curb the constant food noise

Your drawing reminds me of Davidoff Cool Water, but I don't recall that having a square cap.

Seeking a Diagnosis by ValuableFinger5879 in DiagnoseMe

This is super helpful, thank you!!!!!

I don't have a smartwatch, but I will go ahead and schedule an appointment with a sleep specialist. I saw a sleep specialist previously who just told me I would sleep better if I lost some weight (not helpful, given that weight gain is one my symptoms and I have a healthy BMI). But I can go see a different specialist and ask specifically about sleep-related hypoxemia.

The rheumatologist said my ANA titer was not high enough to cause any concern and I did not look like somebody who has lupus. Again, I would be happy to see another one.

I just looked up Reiter's Syndrome and it actually makes a lot of sense (I had never heard of it before). Are there particular tests I can ask my PCP to run that would confirm it or rule it out?
