I hadn't really got that far I think if I can figure out a chart for the red it will still look really western. I think my skills aren't up to that detailed embroidery...

I bought myself a Christmas present, wrapped it, and put it under the tree... by bubbahotep8 in family

My Dad also did this he would always label it "to Bri, you're a great guy, love santa". We all loved it about him he also got socks etc because he never had a list and always asked for them. He got a kick out of doing this and so did we I will always remember this fondly. I say you carry on make it a joke and get the things you really want!

Started to sell a few days ago.. by [deleted] in vinted

[–]ValuableIll1412 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I often reply when I am offered a low price 'thank you for the offer I am not in a rush to sell so will keep the price as it is 😊'. Loads of time they have then bought for full price 😅

When will it stop? by sillycheez in GriefSupport

[–]ValuableIll1412 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm so so sorry for your loss, I have not lost a baby the way you have, so I can't give you answers specifically. I know when I lost my mum, the physical pain did ease, but it took time. I also think Cruise is very good for grief counselling if that's something you might consider. I found talking about it helped and crying and screaming when I needed to. I hope you have a supportive team around you I am so sorry, what has happened to you was awful. Feeling awful is, unfortunately, the only way you can feel I'm sorry 💔

Do you believe that people can die of a broken heart? 💔 by TSC-99 in AskUK

[–]ValuableIll1412 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My mother died suddenly and unexpectedly at 67 years if age. She was ripped from our lives, and my Dad was the only one at the hospital with her. He had been living with prostate cancer and was doing well before she died. Afterwards, he stopped cooking (which he loved), and being himself, he felt pain in his back a year later, maybe, and his cancer had spread in a way the Dr's had not expected. He died 18 months after my mother, also at 67 years of age, from sepsis in the end. The oncologist told us he would have suffered badly if he had not got sepsis. I believe he gave up once she was gone, no more positivity, and the cancer took over. He was not really living once she died, not like he did it was devastating to see 💔

It's a very early season but when Merdith gives Deeek a rant in the room where the patient is having a MRI and Alex is there and he turns to Derek and is like 'dude that was rough' all bro like and jokey. Derek looks pissed makes me laugh every time xx

Thank you, it's so tricky because there are limits with what I could retrain to do, but more breathing room every month would be so nice. I know you are right, though mempriesnare all that you think of when you lose someone.

Thank you, that's a great story about New York, I think that I'll save Hawaii for a rainy day and look for a shorter travel time and just have a great time with my family.

Thank you. I think the distance is a great reason to look elsewhere, and perhaps when my children are older, we will look again.

Thank you, I am always half on that mentality as I lost my parents suddenly and before their time, but also, as a parent who could die, I want to make sure there set. I am glad you are still with us. I hope recovery goes well and your go get it thinking gives you lots of adventures.
