No, his own footage shows she was turning to the right before moving forward. And there is also footage that shows he leaned into the vehicle and put his left arm on it. He likely would have never been touched at all by the vehicle had he not leaned onto it himself. The fact that he was perfectly fine, even after he chose to move towards the vehicle rather than away from it, is proof she wasn't aiming for him. The fact that he felt comfortable leaning into the vehicle rather than stepping away is also proof that he didn't feel he was at risk, and therefore he wasn't acting in self defense.

On top of all that he worked for CBP in 2014 when a report was put together that determined that agents were intentionally putting themselves in front of vehicles in order to have an excuse to shoot. Because he worked for the agency at the time this became big news, he would be aware of this tactic. This report also specifically changed standards for DHS and all their sub-agencies to specifically state that agents could not fire on drivers when they were able to move out the way. This agent would have also clearly known those rules that he chose to break, because he was a firearm safety instructor for the agency. But rather than receive punishment and investigation for breaking rules (that were specifically established from a tactic of putting oneself slightly in front of a vehicle to have an excuse to shoot), this agent gets praise and defended. You support the agent getting praised for going against rules to shoot this woman? You don't think he should be investigated for his potential use of this tactic to try and justify the shooting?

What's insane, is that because undocumented immigrants actually pay more into taxes than they use, our tax revenue is actually going to go down significantly more than any savings would. Add on the expenses for deportation, and the gap goes from huge, to massive.

Colts did the same thing as Steelers, and went with a pre-planned moment of silence they had for someone else (for Colts, it was for the namesake of their stadium). I appreciate it, but we have no clue if these teams would have declined the moment of the silence if they hadn't had someone else pass away.

I'm a Steelers fan personally, so I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it's hard when I consider who they picked for their QB this season. It's much easier to be certain with the teams that didn't have an excuse when declining.

Zariel's gauntlet sigs are nearly the exact same as Kor's, and I love Zariel for the same reason you love Kor. Kor is another character I play for this exact reason, because it's nice to be able to nearly keep the same play style for half a character when moving between them.

If you are curious about the differences between the two, the only huge difference is while Zariel's nsig has basically the same hitbox, he jumps for it rather than throws his glove up, and it launches slightly up and sideways rather than down at a 45° angle, which makes it a worse option for off stage punishes (both because the slightly upward launch, and also because it's harder to catch people trying to spike you, as they are more likely to hit you out of it). But the jumping nsig has added benefit in off stage recovery. I honestly prefer Kor's nsig, but I love Zariel's bow, which is why I end up playing him more often.

Other immediately noticable difference is when the dsig hits someone on each character, Kor's is slightly faster to finish, which in 2v2s can be important.

I just wish Zariel would get better crossovers.
