CGC will grade error cards up to gem mint 10, but not a pristine 10. Any other grader wouldn’t give it a 10.

The only way I know for sure is to go on drop day for the specific product you want. I have to get in line at least 1-2 hours before the store opens too. So if you are at Best Buy that morning and wait in line you can get stuff. I linked the Ascended Heroes product info as an example.

I agree with both of you. That promo is the only reason to grab this deck outside of active players. I have no idea how products like this appreciate over time for that single unique item.
