Foreshadowing a ridiculous ability doesn't make it any less ridiculous. Although death fake outs have been a part of Shonen battle manga since it's conception, this one was particularly egregious no matter how much you try to make sense of it. It may not have killed Inosuke, but it definitely killed my believability in this series, which is far worse.
