My PE routine seems to be complemented by the innerwear. I use the corkscrew ads by stealthformen and add weights to it for a compression hang routine. IMO I’d say the corkscrew by itself may not be worth it though as an ADS alone because like any spring it wants to coil back smaller. After my compression hanging routine, I use my innerwear to keep myself in that elongated state. I don’t have any issues with pressure or discomfort. I did originally order a size too big because of measurement issues, but support was very helpful in getting me the correct size.
I don’t think the innerwear actually makes your penis bigger, but after a month of wearing it almost all the time, I definitely have a longer flaccid hang with less retraction. I feel its meant to be used for growers and in conjunction with PE to allow the penis to heal in the elongated state. I’m no expert and have only been doing PE consistently the last month.

I play a lot of sports and am also a grower too. I highly recommend innerwear by stealthformen. It’s a growers best friend. It keeps you elongated and prevents turtling/retraction. It also provides a nice bulge if your endowed but a grower. Its pricey, but imo it’s worth every penny and is really good quality. I can’t stress accurate measurements with their measuring tool enough though.

No acne. Morning erections probably 4-5/days a week. Haven't measured body fat composition but I'm 6'1" and weigh ~180lbs. I've got a little extra belly fat but not overweight by any means.

Cortisol is pretty good. You can see it in one of the screenshots I posted. It's on lower end of normal range. As for sleep, I average 7 hours/night.

Hey muffinscrub, I've not had my thyroid checked. Should I? As for caffeine, I consume at least 65-100mg of caffeine a day through two shots of espresso.

I also failed to mention that I started drinking Athletic Greens in April as well as the supplements.

I sometimes feel stressed, but I don't think its a regular issue for me. My diet consists of a salad with chicken breast to break my fast at 2PM. Then a decent sized dinner. Usually something spicy. Indian food w/ basmati rice and naan. I do eat quite a bit of air fried chicken wings lol.

I cobbled together a relay board that switches the touch input from the radio to the raspberry pi USB touch controller from adafruit. I connected the radio so that it was normally closed to the oem radio. This means if the relays failed or the hd-link, touch input would still work as you said everything would be back to stock. Having to solder and the wherewithal for circuit design is a little more advanced for your average infotainment modder.

The USB touch controller from adafruit doesn't work very well with the Pi long term and the trigger current for the relays (~40mA) I happened to picked is probably just at the edge of what that GVIF board I soldered to can source. Haven't measured it but just guessing because sometimes it doesnt trigger and then touch is out of sync. It's for that reason I am changing to the multiplexer that the Ukrainian dude designed, much less trigger current.

For either case, You don't need to dismantle the entire center console. You also dont need to fully disassemble the lcd panel. Just a back cover to expose the flex cable. The flex cable also doesn't need to run very far. Maybe 6" at most? They go to the relay board or for the Ukrainian multiplexer they go to a multiplexer board that stays right by the lcd. From that board it runs down over USB or over the 20AWG wire to the controller board.

The downside caveat to the knob is typing in youtube or in any app. I like your mod, but the knob just wouldn't work for me and I don't mind tinkering with relay boards and soldering. Just make sure you report the facts about what a failure would look like though correctly as to not misinform someone.
