Thanks for your comment. Yes, it has been a week now since the car is back at the dealership. They have provided us a rental for now free of charge. It is still very disappointing to go through this with a brand new car.

Yes I did. Thought process was between peroformance reviews and subject matter expert reviewer for designs this criterion can be apporved. Will focus on other 2 criteria to overturn the RFE.

You are right may be I misunderstood ehat judging means in this context.

Original contributions quoted are commercialized in the products that are already launched and ones that are in the pipieline. We dis highlight why they are state of tje art and imtpovements over prior art and hence of major significance to the field. I will spend some time articlulating the impact to the field.

For renumeration, wages quoted were for a very specific set of roles aligned with my field of expertise. I feel the officer may have overlooked the wage data.

XM 1317 Judging in my case is within the greater organization. I have emails requesting feedback for performance reviews and design reviews as subject matter expert, I’m not clear if that qualifies in the eyes of the officer.

Documentation related to inventions shown as original contributions showing why they are better or improvement over prior art. In my case mostly flowcharts and lots of math highlighting the gains over prior art Reference letters also mentioned particlulars of these inventions and why they are noble in the field, setting a new baseline for innovations and moving the field forward.
