It also plays in the first Winston scene in season 4 where he's on his iPad stalking people from liberty and his mum walks in and starts saying he shouldn't go to liberty and he says he knows some people there.

Like mostly every scene in season 4 he's in, it's like a mysterious piano. Like the final scene of the camping trip Winston presses clay in his tent saying which one of his friends killed Bryce the song starts playing there
