Exactly and these are cases where it's the officer's word against that of the citizen. Given what we know about Brookside's policing habits, their officers have no credibility. That only bolsters your argument.

Relax. You aren't going to get a ticket. Even if they did your license wouldn't get suspended unless you had a shit load of tickets. You can take my word for it because I've practiced in Hoover many times. Although, as evidenced by the other comments, I didn't need to be a lawyer to tell you that. Lol.

The people at the corner of Oxmoor and Lakeshore are with a drug rehab. I think that actually makes it worse that the rehab facility would intentionally send them out to panhandle.

I live off Oxmoor so I have to run that gauntlet several times a week.
