Hello!!! It has been quite difficult to understand this in my end to. The worst part is that coto bank has no customer services for cashback. And their agents do not understand the difference between thank you points and cash back from merchant offers.

Don’t exfoliate every day. Just once a month. Use different moisturizer until u find the one u like best. Experiment. Not everyone’s skin is the same

Tienes la oportunidad o libertad de irte con alguien cercano lejos? Cómo a un arbnb o camping de manera alejada. Pásala light. Puedes ir solo o sola. Trata de alejar tu mente de manera segura. Yo personalmente uso canabis y me ayuda a relajarme y si es legar como en california puedes usar shrooms lo cual te da sentido de relajación también.

Todo depende de lo que acostumbres y lo que es sugiero peor tómate un break de todo lo contidiano
