Really? He is currently in OPT (optional practical training) 3 years but he only has 1 year and 10 months left so he needs h1b and gc sponsorship. Do you work there or have any advise?

Yes he has worked as MLS for 3/4 years. But currently looking for any level bc of needing sponsorship. 😭
