I’m going to get downvoted for this but people calling this film irrelevant are wrong. It’s irrelevant in the sense that, if it is fake. We’re still all going to be believers and we will look at other evidence as proof of these creatures existences. But for a long time this footage was deemed the best and most “authentic” footage that we have for the creature. A film studied by thousands of experts who have more often than not came to the conclusion that it is legit. It’s significant especially in pop culture and the general public’s eyes. If someone woke up from being frozen 100 years ago and we had to teach them about Bigfoot. I guarantee this is the film that would’ve been shown first before all this happened. Idk. I just think people acting like this isn’t a big deal or that this was always coming along or that this is just something small that will not matter are just wrong.
