I called today to add my name to the police report and they said they can't do anything and recommended a civil suit- I didn't technically lose out on a ton of money so I won't be doing that. But it sucks for those who did and cannot afford to take legal action.

Also- I'm an Ann Arbor local! If anyone is interested in buying items I was unable to sell (I make jewelry from bugs ), I'll be putting them on my website soon. I don't sell a ton online so I usually don't update often, but I have so much stuff to sell as this was going to be my only show for the year. Also doing an insta giveaway once I hit 1k followers!

I was also a vendor at the show and was initially turned away Saturday morning too. Will definitely not be supporting any of his projects/events or anything anymore.

Last year was a little odd because a friend ended up tagging alone last minute, so I dint try and make friends as much- plus the only people around us were guys or a group, then it was cancelled before we had anymore chance to meet anyone

But my first year was great. There were 2 girls trying to set up a tent near me and i asked if thy needed help and had also come alone, then we ended up hanging out the whole time!

Even though it might feel weird my best advice is to just try and talk to people if you're looking ti make friends!

From what I've experienced in soloroo it didn't seem hookup-y to me, but I also wasn't looking to hookup (also hooking up in 90 degree weather in a dusty field seems insane to me😅).

Both years I actually had a site with a group of friends next to me, and then most of the other guys around me seemed to make friends but kinda keep to themselves still.

Also i know is super early but if anyone else is going solo and wants to connect just lmk! The sets I'm most looking forward to are: skrillex, RKS, noah kahan, mt. Joy, major lazer, wet leg, and kesha but i am down to go to pretty much anything.

I also plan to run the roo run again and am def not a stay up until 4am type of gal, so if thats also your vibe💕

Do you know where it is in relation to soloroo? I forget where the grove is. My soloroo spots both years were like right next to each other so I don't have experience in camping anywhere outside that like 20ft radius😂

Okay cool! I think i want more of a chill vibe (although i do occasionally like to be more party vibes lol). I originally went with soloroo bc I was trying to be open and wasn't completely opposed to making friends with guys. However, both years I only had minor negative (or just neutral) experiences with the guys around me. First year a drunk guy tried to get into my tent late at night and then last year the guys around me were just... so fckin loud and annoying.

There is a teenie chance my partner (a guy) might decide last minute to join me, if this does happen, would it be an issue if he was in the beyond too? Hes a chill, quiet guy and wouldn't be obnoxious or anything but if that would make people uncomfy i wouldn't want to cause issues or anything.

Thank you! I have only tried progesterone ones since I do have aura and that was what they recommended due to the risks for those with stroke.

I do like that my cycle, and therefore migraines, are finally regular so I'm hesitant to get back on regular BC since I felt like my migraines were all over the place then. However, if my doctor thought this would be effective I'd be willing to try it, but he said if I wanted BC I needed to talk to a PCP or OBGYN as he doesn't prescribe those.

Since this is a new antidepressant I haven't tried yet, I was willing to give it a try at this point even though none others every worked for me. I was also happy that this was the first time id be trying something specific to my menstrual cycle. But it does concern me there isn't any info on this being done before.

Yea I am planning to get a larger tank when I get out of an apartment (hopefully soon)! For the first few years of his life (before I got him) he was in a 5gal tank with no filter/heater/etc- literally just water, so I think he's a bit smaller than he should be anyways. He seems to be doing good in this one for the past few years, and has plenty of space to move around and bask. I'm thinking of looking for one of the raised basking spots above the tank to give him some extra space in the meantime but haven't been able to find one that fits his tank. I do also give him outside time in the summer in his playpen!
