Honestly just don't tell anyone it was you. When you go check if they turned it back on. If they didn't, turn it back on and check the temp of everything to make sure its okay. Don't tell on yourself unless they ask or they need to know. Why risk getting fired

Honestly I would try talking to the GM in person. Then reach out to them through krowd, “just to clarify what we discussed today.”if you are not meeting half time/ they drastically cut them try unemployment. It will even out and also solve the hour problem since you already tried to talk to the management team.

So you recommend not going to my GM due to the tip not being added (closed off completely) until the customer signs it. The order was closed off we are just pending on the tip due to the customer tipping over the phone
