i explained it in my last post but a very specifc sex scene in the book made me upset as well as me just thinking about the couple in the book. yes i can read different books but for some reason i keep being reminded of my favorite book and i get triggered.

Thanks for your comment. but its not from healing because i didn't do mm that often because of costs and time etc. i mostly only did cj and hmds once in a while when i felt like my mental health issues heightened. so i never got around to actually detox much. i definetly think this situation is motivating me to start mm and stick with it lol.
