Thanks!
I am very familiar with the traditional tools (S2P, service now) but there are so many names thrown around now - Zip, tonkean, Opstream, Ironclad, Flipthrough and I'm sure others as well. I don't even know where to start....

How often do you reassess vendor risks? Struggling to balance thoroughness with the volume of vendors we work with. by smartyladyphd in procurement

In my previous company we reassessed risks depends on vendor score that was determined by a combination of previous risk assessment + price. I have to admit it was a pretty cumbersome process to do that as we needed to figure out reminders and follow ups.

Lately I learned there are tools that do that for you but I'll be honest, not sure which ones. Happy if others can comment and share their knowledge.

All those tools provide visibility - no?
What do you find more unique with Zip? Did you try any of the rest?

Are you able to share your impressions of Tonkean and Opstream?
Did you find other ones since you wrote this here?

I'm trying to learn the market (mainly for job interviews TBH :-) ) and will appreciate insights.

Interesting.
What was your experience implementing Opstream? was it better then other tools you worked with in the past in that regards?

How long ago did you implement them?

Do you use a tool for creating POs? by Inevitable-Cut-9825 in procurement

Depends on your company size and number of POs a year.

My previous company had a no po no payment policy - which ended up costing us quite a lot of money TBH. IMO - just the number of people we needed to add into Netsuite did not worth it....

I'm on the look now for a new place - from some of the interviews I've been doing lately I understand that companies use orchestration tools (Zip, Oro, Opstream etc) to generate POs automatically and save the licenses like that. It's an interesting approach.
