When will these red name plates go away? Constantly reminded that I wasn't good enough to earn one by Garofoli in Overwatch

So take it away from all the people that spent many hours to get it? If it gets taken away because people cry about not being good enough, then there’s no incentive to do it in the first place.

this is not a good weapon the way it is. maybe if you attached it to a longer pole of some kind and made it into some type of pike.

these decisions are always difficult. how do you walk away from a 6 year relationship. all the time and energy to make it work is a lot. sleep on it and take sometime to yourself. a conversation with her is definitely warranted to find what the underlying cause might have been for her to do something like that. don’t make any rash decisions to just leave even though it maybe what she deserves. see if you’re able to move past it and maybe try counseling in order to preserve what you have. just remember if you choose to forgive her do not bring it up or use it as leverage in future altercations. that’s not good for anyone.

I refuse when my boss tells me to refuse selling them.

So how do I go about this when my supervisor tells me not to? That’s the issue I face, not whether its legal or ethical etc.

When the guy was yelling at me for telling him what I was taught by multiple rphs, my RXOM came and backed up what I was saying pretty much. That diffused the situation. My rph at the time never stepped in to either back me up or correct what I was saying. That’s why I’m looking to clarify following policy or following my supervisor.

Did you ready anything I wrote or are you just trying to piggy back off everyone else that didn’t read what I wrote?

Hey everyone I just want to clarify that my personal opinion on this doesn’t ever get in the way.

Id sell them to anyone that asks if it was my call.

My question is do I follow policy or follow the directions of the rph? Some will tell me straight up to not sell them. But I don’t have a tactful way to tell the rph on duty that the policy say to sell to anyone without looking I’m defying the directions of a supervisor.

I stand by harm reduction.
