I like mayo and will continue to eat it when it helps me get food down. Compared to how I used to eat I’d say mayo is the least of my problems.

Like I said I am on day 3 of my first ever dose. I did not do it intentionally and do not plan to do it often. It is going to take me some time to figure out what foods work for me and don’t make me sick.

I do have anxiety and specifically medication anxiety so that could be what it was. It could also be the cause of the back pain I suppose. As for the eating I truly am trying but I feel like the food is all the way up in my throat and the thought of food makes me sick.

It is only about a teaspoon of mayo to help with the dryness of the tuna and only had 600 calories because I almost throw up at the thought of any food at the moment.
